Hi friend this issue is related to all B.El.Ed practicing teachers. In Govt School we can’t get promotion on B.El.Ed basis, if I want to be an TGT than I need to do B.Ed for that. This is really said we devote are FOUR years in a field of education and we are professionally trained teachers. And we have study optional papers in that we got specialization in particular subject we also study pedagogy of that subject. But still we are not eligible for TGT .what dose it means that we can’t teach 5+ students.
