Education is regarded as
Education is regarded as instrument of social change. There are many realities before us which show other wise. By education labour is produced which capitalist need in their factories whether it is MBA student or an individual working in BPO and getting handsome salary. Yet his labour is expoloited. In our Indian context examples of IAS and other high profile jobs are cited as an examples of social change, but the fact is that they are running on the signs and gide lines of politicians who have close link and influnced by captalists in policy making. Thus interest of this class is protected.Besides Marx economy Doffs power and authority determines social relations. We see that some individuals from haves not have got entry in the profession like proffessors, doctoes etc. Through former section they are running laborotories through which labour is produced and by latter they try to confuse people that captalism provide equal opportunity for other classes of society which is not the case in realit.
i think govt. should hier
i think govt. should hier other unemployed youths,or someone else for this job and pay them on daily wages for this work.
this will help in reducing this burden of teachers,and they will be able to concentrate on their teaching.and this will also help in reducing the unemployment of some persons for some time.

absoulutely you are right,govt should employ unemployed educated youth for it. It is not a easy matter as we take it . It is serious matter and needs positive look. On 1st APr PM of our country said " through education we can secure and strength future of our country" It is is really thought then their should be compromise with the security and strenghth of our country. More importantly it is poor who is effected by such a policy. As the teachers of private schools are not employed for such types of Beggar who teach children of elite class.

yes you are absolutely right that our teaching learning process is also suffering but one thing we should not forget that election is every human being's basic right but due to election there are so many teachers who are not allowed to give their votes because of their duties,do we have any solution? or we had but we are not aware of that.
Dear it is not matter of
Dear it is not matter of election when ever govt need such kind of work whether election, census or any other thing why teachers are opted. Are they only educated? Can employees from other departments not employeed? In the state of shortage of teachers these kind of steps are dangerous. Are employees from other departments not educated? Have we no alternative other than this? When govt was serious regarding the issue? These are the questions which needs to be replied.
Govt. or Pvt- both give
Govt. or Pvt- both give leave from duty to cast vote, teachers are left out because they are on duty.
a lot of discussion happens about work load on teachers apart from the regular teaching (teaching itself is consider as load because of many other factors), but the most argued is election duties?
If we want to free teachers or anybody else of this duty, can there be a system of voting which is automated and does not require human intervention? No sms, email, internet voting options please!

Deparmnt must cnsider if anyone has a genuine problem.....odd hours duty for females shud not a compulsion for them.....
